Mixed hand sliced vegetables and our organic tempeh that presents a nutty taste is sauteed in a spicy coconut cilantro sauce and served over rice noodles.

Corn tortilla tat is stuffed with grilled peppers, onions and cheese than rolled and baked. Topped with enchilada sauce and served with refried beans and guacamole.
CRAB CAKE DINNER
a CRAB-LESS VERSION of a Baltimore tradition, topped with remoulade sauce and served with a roasted corn salsa and garlic mashed potatoes
BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE
We use smoked gouda and cheddar jack cheeses and add fresh diced tomatoes and parmesan cheese that baked to perfection and served with a house salad.
LASAGNA
Layers of noodles that are loaded with vegetables and specialty cheeses then topped with our slow simmered marinara sauce. Served with house salad and garlic bread.
CRISPY TOFU AND TRIPLE P CURRY
Tofu with potato, pineapple and peanuts sauteed thatn served over basmati rice.
TUSCAN PENNE PASTA
Pasta is cooked then sauteed with our own balsamic and roma tomato reduction. We add fresh cut basil and chopped garlic and top with mozzarella cheese. Served with a side salad, garlic bread.
STEAMED VEGGIES AND GINGER BAKED ORGANIC TOFU
Our hand diced vegetables are steamed and served over brown rice than topped with our tangy tahini sauce and served with ginger baked tofu.

IMPOSSIBLE BURGER
Impossible meat is primarily soy protein, coconut oil, and sunflower oil - with one magic ingredient:Heme. Heme is the iron containing molecule that makes the burger smell and taste like beef. Vegan and gluten free.

Steamed eggs with melted cheddar jack cheese black beans and guacamole topped with shredded lettuce and ranchero sauce. Served on a corn tortilla
